Biscayne Bay Campus
The Biscayne Bay Campus (BBC) Human Resources department serves as an extension to the services provided by the University Park campus. Our mission is to provide outstanding customer service and quality leadership to the University community as well as to recruit and retain a diverse workforce… while primarily servicing the needs of Biscayne Bay campus employees.
 
As a “One-Stop-Shop”, we are responsible for communicating, representing and facilitating all human resource related matters to include:                                                                           
  • Utilizing creative recruitment strategies to recruit the best and the brightest, while working closely with Equal Opportunity Programs to ensure that recruitment practices are complaint with federal and state employment regulations. Please visit Recruitment Services for more information

  • Supporting Employee & Labor Relations functions by coordinating and administering the complaint/grievance/arbitration processes, as well as processing and approving all leave types and managing the Separation of Employment/Exit Review Process. Services provided at the BBC Human Resource department include:

  • Conducting benefits related information sessions and seminars
  • Conducting salary surveys and gathering market data to assist University Administrators in making informed salary decisions
  • Consulting with and assisting employees with issues, concerns, or difficulties they may be experiencing at the workplace
  • Providing information and support with regards to Payroll matters
