Responsibilities:
Directs the planning, design, implementation and administration of the University’s compensation programs, including those related to: market pricing, survey participation, base salary structure, merit pay programs, variable pay, job evaluation and leveling, core system changes, etc. Researches strategic and tactical compensation issues and recommends new initiatives and changes to programs and practices, as necessary. Leads compensation projects that support the overall compensation strategy and/or University’s strategic objectives. Regularly reviews market trends and salary schedules to ensure the University’s competitiveness within the marketplace; recommends adjustments to salary structures, models and approaches in support of University goals and objectives. Proactively identifies and responds to current University initiatives and external changes as they relate to compensation.

Responsibilities:
Assists the Director of Compensation in the design and implementation of the new Classification and Compensation Redesign Project (CCRP). Provides consultation in the review and analysis of current job classifications which will result in the development of an updated/consolidated classification structure and job specifications for administrative and staff positions.

Responsibilities:
Assists the Director in the administration of the University’s compensation program. Develops working relationships with University business units to facilitate compensation activities. Provides consultation in the implementation of compensation and position classification actions, reorganizations and position updates. Provides ePRF training in PantherSoft to HR Liaisons and the University community. Serves as the main liaison with HRIS regarding PantherSoft in identifying and testing systems. Reviews, processes, and creates/updates Department HR Requests. Oversees the maintenance of organization locations and organizational charts.

Responsibilities:
Assists the Director in the administration of the University's compensation program. Develops working relationships with university business units, as well as community resources to facilitate compensation activities. Provides consultation services to departments on pay actions, position descriptions and PantherSoft HR functionality. Serves as liaison between employees and the Florida State Commission on Ethics for all questions regarding Financial Disclosure.

Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support to the Compensation Administration Department and assists with compensation related activities and requests for position information. Reviews and approves electronic position request forms (ePRF) for updates to positions that do not result in a salary increase, including requests to post vacancies. Reviews and approves all contracts for Student Assistants, Temporary Non-Student and Additional Compensation contracts for Staff and Administrative employees. Participates in salary surveys. Maintains databases.
