Total Compensation Statement
The Total Compensation Statement details the value of the total compensation and benefits package received by employees. This statement displays the University’s commitment and investment in each employee.
Salaries are a part of the total compensation employees receive. In addition, the statement includes all salary additives and additional wages, including bonuses, spot awards, overtime, shift differential pay, lead worker pay, on-call pay and Criminal Justice Incentive Pay. The statements detail a wide variety of benefits, including insurance, paid time off, and work-life programs.
