FIU Service Excellence Training
FIU’s Service Excellence Training teaches employees about FIU’s philosophy on service excellence, professionalism at work, effective service over the telephone, managing written correspondence, video conferencing etiquette and techniques for delivering excellent service even in difficult situations. By participating in FIU’s Service Excellence trainings, employees examine their role in the university’s service culture.
Service Excellence training is offered in a variety of formats to meet the diverse needs of our university community. Enroll in one of our trainings today!
Faculty and Staff Course – 10 hours PD credit
Student Employees Course – 1-3 hours PD credit
