Welcome to the Outside Activity/Conflict of Interest
Electronic Reporting System

This webpage contains information about the online Outside Activity/Conflict of Interest (OA/COI) Reporting that must be completed by all Florida International University benefits eligible faculty and staff members. In order to access the online OA/COI Forms, you will need to provide your Panther ID and the last four digits of your Social Security Number. You will enter the System as either the individual submitting the report or as the reviewer/approver.
 
This webpage also contains online education and training modules that will assist you in understanding how the online portal works and our disclosure obligations consistent with State of Florida and federal law requirements. The three modules explain: the nuts and bolts on how to use the electronic portal, our obligations under State of Florida law, and our obligations under federal law in connection with the conduct of research.
