LEAP

Introduction

Ongoing leadership development is imperative for the 21st century manager. The FIU LEAP (Leadership Education Advancement Program) empowers leaders with the skills and confidence needed to realize their vision as managers and supervisors in the FIU community. The goal is to enhance management skills that support Institutional Knowledge, Workforce Excellence, and Service Excellence. Throughout the program participants gain greater insights to the significant responsibilities associated with FIU leadership roles. LEAP will challenge participants to build their skill set while incorporating new ideas and approaches to their daily operations.
